Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026

This policy explains how AllTP handles information in its iPhone and Android apps and on this website. The website provides app information, support resources, and customer links. The app can be used without creating an AllTP account. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond to your request.

Information we may collect

How we use information

Schedules, tasks, images, and invoices

Schedules, tasks, saved places, invoice details, and app preferences are normally stored on your device. Camera and photo access are used when you choose an image for text recognition or another image feature. Text recognition and invoice PDF creation run on the device. Creating an invoice does not send it to AllTP. When you choose to export or share a PDF or image, you select the destination app or service.

Device calendar access is optional. If you turn on calendar synchronization, AllTP reads or writes the device calendars you permit. Your calendar provider may synchronize those calendars under its own settings and privacy policy. AllTP does not require your email address or an AllTP login to use its calendar features.

Optional Muse and ChatGPT connections

In app versions that support this feature, you can choose to connect AllTP to Muse or ChatGPT. AllTP asks you to approve permissions for your selected Personal calendar. Connecting does not upload all calendars on your phone. Requests and permitted results pass over HTTPS through AllTP's Cloudflare-hosted service and your chosen assistant. The assistant provider's privacy policy and retention controls also apply.

Calendar-read permission allows a snapshot of up to 31 days and 50 events, including event identifiers, titles, dates, times, displayed places, and calendar and time-zone information. When you request an event, its request text and resulting event are stored in AllTP's cloud event store for delivery to your app. Separate creation permissions cover ledger entries (income or expense amounts, currency and optional notes), task or notice cards (comments, checklists, priorities and due dates), and saved places (addresses and a source link when provided). Ledger entries are bookkeeping records; they do not make payments. A request waiting for AllTP to open and unlock is not a confirmed phone save; the app sends a receipt after saving.

Connection retention and disconnecting

Disconnecting in AllTP stops further service access and clears calendar-read content and unsynced ledger, task, notice and place requests. Saved-record receipts keep their 24-hour expiry. Disconnecting does not delete saved phone items, existing cloud events, or copies held by your assistant provider. To request deletion of service-side data, email [email protected]. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Contact your assistant provider separately about its copies and retention controls.

Public sharing links

When you choose to create a public event, calendar, or task link, the selected content is transmitted over HTTPS to AllTP's sharing service, hosted by Cloudflare. This can include titles, dates, times, places, notes, and other content you included in the item. The service also stores the link type, language, and creation time. Anyone with the link can access the shared content; send only information you intend to share. These links are not end-to-end encrypted.

Optional voice input

Voice input starts when you choose the microphone and grant the required permission. AllTP uses the phone's speech-recognition service to turn speech into text. Depending on the device, language, and service settings, audio may be processed on the device or sent to the speech provider's servers. Android uses the installed speech service; iPhone uses Apple's Speech framework. This is not a guarantee of offline processing. AllTP does not operate a voice-recording storage service for this input. You can type instead, stop voice input, or revoke microphone and speech permissions in device settings. Review the speech provider's privacy controls for its handling and retention of audio.

Email and customer support

Contacting support is optional. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, such as a screenshot. We use this information to answer you and troubleshoot the issue, not to personalize ads. Email service providers process the correspondence to deliver and store it. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or unrelated private information.

External services and existing subscriptions

When you open maps, search, a website, or an external calendar subscription, the chosen provider receives the request and any search or location information included in it. Network services can receive your IP address. Those providers have their own privacy policies. Browsing the open web from the app does not give AllTP access to your website passwords or email account.

Older paid versions may use RevenueCat and the app stores to check subscription entitlement, using a generated customer identifier, purchase records, and related device information. Versions with all features free do not offer new Pro purchases. Existing subscriptions remain managed by Apple or Google and are not automatically cancelled by an app update. AllTP does not receive your payment card number.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Local planning data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app's data. Device backups, exported files, and synchronized calendar copies are managed separately through the relevant device or provider. Deleting a local item does not recall a file or link you already sent to someone else.

Public sharing records are configured to expire 180 days after the link is created. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. To request deletion of information held by AllTP, email [email protected] with the relevant support email or sharing link. We may ask for information needed to verify your authority over that data. We cannot delete copies held by recipients or independently operated services; contact those providers separately. Advertising and speech providers apply their own retention policies and privacy controls.

Third-party services

This website may link to third-party services such as Google Play, the App Store, YouTube, or other public platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies and practices.

Advertising on public pages

Public information and guide pages may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads and limit repeated ads. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and manage personalized ads in My Ad Center. Where required, we ask for advertising consent before loading ads. The private calendar workspace is not an advertising placement.

Mobile app advertising

AllTP is preparing Google AdMob advertising for an upcoming Android and iOS update. This section applies to app versions that enable mobile advertising; it does not mean that ads are already included in every version currently available in the stores.

Ad-enabled versions use Google's Mobile Ads SDK to provide and measure a banner at the bottom of the app. Google may collect and share the device's IP address (which can indicate general location), device or advertising identifiers when available, app and ad interactions, and crash or performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. The information available depends on the device, permissions, SDK configuration, and privacy choices. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Mobile advertising choices

The planned ad-enabled update uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check whether an advertising privacy message is needed. Where consent is required, you can accept, decline, or manage the choices shown before ads are requested. Where applicable, the app's advertising privacy control lets you reopen those choices. Ad personalization depends on your location, choices, and device permissions. Non-personalized ads can still use data for purposes such as limiting repeated ads and reporting. Your device also provides advertising privacy controls.
